Refunds & deposits.

Pricing is fixed and published: builds take a 50% Stripe deposit with the balance due before launch, and the Strategy Memo is paid 100% upfront.
Deposits
The deposit reserves your slot in the booking window and funds the build’s first phase. If you need to withdraw, email us — refunds are assessed against the work completed and the slot held at the time of the request, and we’ll set out the accounting in writing.
The memo
The Strategy Memo is delivered within seven days of payment. If we fail to deliver it, you get your money back in full.
