Ridgeline Dev runs an async website-build practice at hireridgeline.com. This page describes what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
The project brief form asks for your name, email address, business name and details about your project. If you email us, we hold that correspondence. That is the extent of it — the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts.
What it’s used for
Brief submissions are used to review your project and reply with a proposal; email is used to run the engagement. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Brief notifications and confirmations are delivered through Resend, our email provider. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our systems.
Retention & your rights
Briefs and correspondence are kept as ordinary business records. Email hello@hireridgeline.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, and we’ll act on it promptly.
